Open a version above and use the Hypothes.is sidebar on the right edge of the viewport to leave annotations. To compare two versions, open them in two browser tabs — the URL prefix tells you which is which.
There is intentionally no stable /latest/ alias on this domain. A URL whose content drifts under annotations would silently misattribute reviewer comments.
